My makeup springtime picks from Fred Meyer include (from left to right)

  1.  L’oreal Colour Riche La Lacque Lipcolour in the shade Choco-Lacque
  2. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
  3. Maybelline The Blushed Nudes Palette
  4. Milani Illuminating Face Powder
  5. Essence Sun Club Matt Bronzing Powder
  6. NYX Brow Powder + CoverGirl Lash Blast – not pictured

Step 1: Apply a base coat of Shade #1 and #2 over the entire eyelid. I’ve coded the Maybelline The Blushed Nudes Palette to make it easier to see which colors I used :)

Step 2: Use Shade #3 in your eyelid crease to create dimension to your eye. Do you like how my makeup is scattered all over the desk? This is really what my makeup table looks like at home haha.

Step 3: Use Shade #4 to darken the corner of the outer eyelid.

Step 4: Using an angled brush, apply Shade #5 to line your upper and lower lash line. Overall, I really like this palette. The eye shadow colors are beautiful and last relatively well through the day. At $9.99 its a great buy!

Step 5: Touch up your brows! I use NYX Brow Powder Kit everyday and I love it. It’s $6 and includes a small brush and eyebrow wax.

Step 6: Curl those lashes and apply mascara. I also use CoverGirl Lash Blast mascara everyday. It’s one of my favorite products because you can really build on your lashes length and volume.

Load up your lashes. I apply at least 2 coats of mascara to get a fuller, longer look.

Step 7: Bronze it up! I’m very fair skinned so it’s important I don’t look like I have dark streaks on my face. I like the Essence Matte Bronzer because the shade is light but still gives me some color.

Step 8: Highlight your cheekbones. Highlighting is a huge trend is beauty right now and perfect to embrace during spring and summer. Get that shimmery, glowing look by using a highlighter like Milani’s Face Illuminating Powder.

Step 9: Pucker up! I’m really like the L’oreal Colour Riche La Lacque Lipcolour in the shade Choco-Lacque. It is applied like a lipstick but dries like with a light, glossy effect. This color is perfect for both daytime and evenings. I will definitely buy more colors of this lipstick.
