In Bloom

The Seattle streets have been soaked with sunshine and sprinkled with cherry blossom petals. Springtime has made its debut and it’s been nothing short of beautiful. Even better is the transition into my summer wardrobe!  I’m ready to wave goodbye to the go-to winter outfits I’ve had on repeat since December. Suddenly, my black on black outfits become less appealing and toning my legs for summer becomes a priority.

Most recently, my mom and sister came to visit me from Montana…aka my sister and I swap clothes. My eyes lit up when Ryan popped this lavender floral blouse out of her suitcase. Sharing clothes used to be the root of all our sisterly arguments but now, it now brings us together.

Michelle and I took a trip to Volunteer Park and for a spring photo shoot. The magnolia trees and setting sun created the perfect dreamy and romantic scenery. I wanted to keep my outfit soft and feminine while implementing pastels and vivid accents.

Finally, I’d like to dedicate this post to my sister Ryan who made this outfit possible with her amazing blouse!
