My Foolproof Formula for the Perfect Stylish and Comfortable Outfit

We’ve all experienced some form of pain caused by fashion. We’ve suffered through walking in sky high heels, tearing off the chicken cutlet sticky bras, and dancing until the sequins on our blouse are scratching the insides of our arms. And while I occasionally knowingly subject myself to fashion injury, I really try to avoid it. So today, I’m here to share with you my foolproof formula for creating the perfect comfortable and stylish outfit, inspired by some amazingly cute and comfy rings I received from JTV.  *Note – This post was sponsored by JTV. 1. Graphic Tee

I never thought I’d say this, but I love a good graphic tee. They can really give your outfit some personality while remaining chic. I personally couldn’t resist this coffee tee that politely tells the world not to talk to me until I’ve had my coffee ;)

 2. Simple, Sparkly Jewelry

I swear I only wear jewelry when it’s comfortable and lightweight enough that I forget I’m wearing it. Lightweight, minimalistic rings are an easy way to elevate your look and add a touch of glamour to your outfit without tugging at your earlobes or weighing down your neck. I recently was sent these rings from JTV and love them!

All of these rings are affordable, comfortable, stylish, and definitely won’t leave a green ring around your finger when washing your hands.

 3. A Chic Jacket

I think my favorite clothing item to buy are jackets! Seriously my closet is full of them and it’s partially because they make any outfit look instantly more put together and stylish. A leather jacket, bomber jacket, or structured blazer is so easy to throw on and easily takes your outfit to the next level.

4.  Jeans with Detail

Jeans and a t-shirt isn’t boring especially if your jeans have an extra element of style. Look for distressed elements, raw hems, two tones, or piping down the side hem. I’m obsessed with these jeans (which I snagged for $25) for the mock athletic stripe down the side made of distressed darker denim.

 5. Comfortable Shoes

Nothing cuts a day short or makes me crankier than uncomfortable shoes – okay, and being hungry. But, comfortable shoes are key and shouldn’t have to compromise your style. Look for booties with supportive insoles and a low heel for added comfort. When in doubt, a pair of cute sneakers or flat mules are guaranteed to look cute and feel good.

So let’s grab a cup of coffee and cheers to not giving up fashion for comfort!
