There is no comparison to autumn fashion. The debut of cooler weather allows us to implement more pieces to our outfits and an entire new makeup palette. My cranberry lipstick becomes an everyday necessity and I can finally wear all my boots again. My ultimate weakness this fall has been plaid and fur…the perfect casual and chic combination!
I began my search for the perfect red plaid blouse that matched both blue and black. I wanted a light chiffon/silk material rather than flannel to make the top a little dressier, less of a camping flannel. Of course, I found this fall staple during my lunch break at Nordstrom, and the purchase was instantly made.

Seattle during autumn is truly beautiful. The balance between city streets, falling leaves, dainty pumpkin pastries, and glamorous fall fashion makes every October day spectacular. I do miss Montana but every now and again a whiff of damp leaves brings me right back to strolling the sidewalks in Missoula.
